Artwork on Equity For Dasra, Impact India Foundation, Philanthropy Week
The concept of the artwork is based on early map designs,
where we have the global north represented by a father and the global south represented by a mother. While the mother represents care and focus,
the father represents tenacity and compassion. They both carry strength and love,
as they are seen here carrying their children on their backs.

We see the children reach out to each other, opening a hopeful channel of connection,
where urban and rural communities thrive together. The people represented by folk arts depict an exchange of ideas, resources, culture, and communication;
a discussion involving the Global North, Global South, and their power dynamics.
The landscape depicts different terrains of politics and socioeconomics.
